Work is not going to hold my job so when I heal up I'll need to find a new job
oh man that sucks about your job it seems like you should be eligible for some sort of social security or something?

what kind of surgery are they going to do? do they just drill a pin or a post in there to keep it in place?

I dont know yet what they will be doing.
I have an apointment with the surgon on thursday to go over what the surgery intails.
Hopping its not going to make the use of my arm too much less than 100% after healing up.

It seems every time I start to get back on my feet like just kicks me back down

Well surgery date has been set guys.
Next tuesday sept/16 they are doing othroscopic surgery to tighten up the tendons that hold the sholder in where it belongs.
They say it will be all healed up and strong enough to return to work in 6 weeks and completely healed up as strong as new in 3 months.
and was told 99.9% chance it will never pop out on its own again.

I was given a full psysical (no prostate phew)) today blood work, blood pressure chest x-rays, full stress test on my heart, urinalisis, colesterol, and was told I'm in exellent health for a 43 year old man, other than my sholder.
So thats good.
Also doctor would have just told me I could go back to work if I wasnt having surgery in a week and he didnt want me to change how everything is now in there

And on a brighter note:
My NEW SLASH should be here FRIDAY

Well yay for the surgery! I like those odds of it never happening again. And another yay for being in excellent shape otherwise.

So while you're convalescing, if you have any free time, let me know what you think this site needs (other than traffic) to make it a sit that more people will want to utilize.
